This policy explains how ProTrain handles personal data submitted through training enquiries, proposal requests and programme registrations.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide in enquiry and proposal request forms — name, job title, organisation, email address, phone number, and details of the training requirement you describe. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare training proposals and quotations, administer programme registration and attendance, and provide documentation for claim or CPD purposes where applicable.
Sharing
We share information with assigned trainers only as needed to deliver your programme, and with service providers who host our systems. We do not sell personal data. Where a claim or accreditation submission requires it, information is shared with your nominated administrator or the relevant body at your instruction.
Retention
Enquiry and programme records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from programme updates at any time.
