Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to registrations for ProTrain public programmes and to in-house and online training delivered under an accepted proposal.

Registration and confirmation

Places on public programmes are confirmed on receipt of a signed registration or purchase order. In-house programmes are confirmed against an accepted proposal that states scope, dates, duration and investment.

Fees

Fees are stated in the proposal and exclude travel, accommodation and venue costs unless specified. Any applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

HRD Corp and CPD

HRD Corp claimability applies to eligible and approved programmes; eligibility and claim approval remain the responsibility of the employer and HRD Corp. CPD accreditation is programme-specific and stated per programme. Where accreditation is still in process, the programme page indicates that status rather than implying approval.

Postponement and cancellation

Confirmed dates may be postponed by agreement where the trainer and schedule permit. Cancellation terms are stated in your proposal. ProTrain may reschedule a public session if minimum enrolment is not met, in which case participants may transfer to another date or receive a refund.

Trainer allocation

Trainer allocation is confirmed in your proposal. Where a nominated trainer becomes unavailable, a substitute holding equivalent certification and sector experience will be assigned.

Materials and intellectual property

Course materials remain the intellectual property of ProTrain or its trainers and are provided for participant use only. They may not be reproduced or used to deliver training to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality

Plant data, drawings and case material shared for programme customisation are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed training.
