Day 1 — Damage & Circuits
- Damage mechanisms including CUI, erosion and dead legs
- Circuitisation and CML selection
- Inspection techniques and their limits
Day 2 — Evaluation
- Thickness data analysis and statistical treatment
- Minimum thickness, remaining life and interval setting
- Risk-based inspection principles
Day 3 — Repair & Programme
- Repair, alteration and re-rating of piping
- Temporary repair controls and removal planning
- Workshop: build a circuit inspection plan
