Day 1 — Design Basis

- Pressure design of straight pipe, bends and branches
- Materials, ratings and flange selection
Day 2 — Flexibility & Supports
- Thermal expansion, stress ranges and allowable limits
- When stress analysis is required and how to read the output
- Support types, spans and common field errors
Day 3 — Fabrication & Brownfield
- Examination, testing and leak test planning
- Tie-ins, hot work and temporary repairs
- Case study: recurring leak investigation
